Welcome to lesson three in the Dove's Fire Leadership Training Series. We will be talking about The Call in this lesson. It is important as leaders that we understand our "call" isn't to leadership - it's to Him. Then as we turn to seek Him - we lead others to the cross. We lead others to God. Leadership indicates that there are some following somewhere down the road. Where are we leading them to? Perhaps I should say Who are you leading them to? Let's talk about the call and how as we seek after Him we will function in the role of a godly leader.
